Most welcoming environment for skill at all levels, each instructor has their own unique quality, and varying levels of difficulty. Incredible focus and sense of humor at the same time. They make me feel like we're a family. Best investment ever!

I have been a returning customer on and off for 10 years. The energy has always remained the same and that is more appreciated than you guys could ever know . Whenever I am away or unable to attend any classes, My soul craves this specific studio . It feels unlike any other yoga studio I have ever been to. The instructors are top notch ! The studio is always bright , inviting and extremely clean . Luckily this time around , I will be able to commit to a whole year. Wholeheartedly, I am so grateful that you guys are still around so I could continue to deepen my practice.

I love this studio. It's my safe space. It's the space that has been with me through celebrations, heartbreaks, major life changes, good and bad. This has been my only constant. I love all the new classes, the teachers and the staff.

Great yoga studio. Personally, I did the heated vinyasa flow. Instructor was amazing, led us through a great flow and played awesome music. 10/10

I had a great time in this studio. Everyone was very friendly which is important to me. Everyone in the class spoke , smiled and gave me a great welcome. The owner was also kind and friendly. I like this place !

It was a great first experience. I couldn't really keep up, but the heat made it easier for me to do the exercises. I was expecting a more painful experience but everything was just right. I like the vibe, the teacher, the space...thank you!

Monday morning 6am Pilates express with Lia was amazing. Her energy was just what I needed at 6am on a Monday to start my week off right. Also, the class itself was challenging, great work out!

Been coming here for a while. From the Poconos and moved for work. Went to several places to get comfortable with and found my home here. I love hot yoga and been trying to get my fiancée to try it with me for 6 years. Out of the blue he said OK! Went to the studio and Sandy took great care of him. Got him all signed up told him just listen to your body. During class helped him along never any pressure to do more than what he was capable of made him very comfortable to be part something new. She was great! I truly appreciate her hospitality and patience. Thanks again!
