My daughter is about to start her 5th year at the studio and her 4th year on the competition team and the growth in her dancing, confidence, and performance skills has been exponential. Owner and director Mrs. Jackie Mato is an award-winning choreographer whose creative vision and attention to detail sets this studio above the rest. The Prestige dances are NOT your typical recital dances, they are entertaining and captivating performances. Prestige shines in choreography, originality, and clean dances and the hard work has paid off in awards and in esteem in the dance community.

The attention to detail doesn’t stop at dance, upon walking into Prestige you will notice how meticulous it is. The studio is spotless from top to bottom; you can eat off the floor and I’m sure some dancers have. Communication is a strength as well, Miss Jackie sends prompt, detailed emails and there are no surprises. The thorough costume, dress rehearsal, and recital emails are extremely helpful.

At Prestige, your competition team dancer is an individual and not a number. The camaraderie at Prestige goes beyond the dancers themselves and extends to the parents and extended families, you won’t find a more welcoming studio. There are many events throughout the year to foster bonding and the team has even traveled to New York City for a Master Class with professional Broadway dancers and to see a Broadway show!

Whether your dancer jazzes it up with Miss Jackie, break dances with Mr. Joe, or pretends to be on Broadway with Miss Deanna there is a class for every dancer, boy or girl, and the level of excellence is maintained through and through.

From the start, Prestige has felt like a second home. The teachers are amazing—so dedicated. They’ve helped my daughter not only improve her dance skills but also really fall in love with it. Watching her grow from a little beginner into a confident competitor has been incredible.

Get ready to meet a Team who is extremely warm, welcoming, professional, experienced and FUN! I can't say enough great things about them! I will try to cover most things in our experiences below...

My son, who was 11 years old at the time, was somewhat new to acting and musical theater and is NOW on his SIXTH musical theater production IN A ROW with Prestige, 1.5 years later!! This whole time that we've been with Prestige has been a joyful and amazing experience for my son, and our family!

It all began when my son had asked me if he could act and that he wanted to try it. In my effort to try to support him in something he was actually genuinely excited about (something that came from HIM, not just me suggesting and signing him up for stuff, LOL) I went online and found Prestige Performing Arts!
Signing up was a breeze! (Very modern process, many options for payment.) From day ONE he absolutely LOVED the entire experience from start to finish, (and as parents, we have, too!)

Everyone who is involved is present on all fronts: front end, the production itself, including the scheduling—which is impressively a smooth process to let parents/caregivers know all about the what, where, and when well in advance enough to plan—how to register, payment options, and they also have fun tshirts for each production for sale. I have never had a problem getting questions answered, as I said, extremely professional and knowledgeable. They really know how to work with kids. We have experience with the 10-12 age group, and now my son is in the 13+. I have never seen a more supportive, happy group of kids. And the best part is that every child gets a speaking part. Seeing their little faces light up when they deliver their lines completely melts my heart every time. They're all so happy!

My son has found a real sense of identity exploring this amazing form of art and expression. Prestige cultivates and provides a positive, fun, and safe environment. My son is always so happy when he's there and engaged at home when he's working on his music, lines, etc., and he's made great friends and bonds working with everyone on these amazing shows. As for the performances, Prestige has a great venue booked where the kids perform on a beautiful stage, and the audience is in a traditional theater setting. It is so professional, complete with ticketed seats, state-of-the-art lighting, and beautiful photos and a video of the performance that is included in the price when you sign up to do a show.

As a parent, on the emotional side of things, it is such a gift to see a side of my son that i didn't even know was there; the confidence that he's developed, the skills and talent on/off stage, the friends he's grown with and relationships he's developed...there's something I've noticed about music and theater activities, and it's that the kids really develop a closeness with their peers, and let me tell you, it didn't take long before we really felt like family here. With every performance we've been to, Prestige makes every effort to celebrate the kids and their accomplishments and performance, along with encouraging the families to share in these great moments.

We tend to see a lot of the same kids returning from show to show because when one ends, they look forward to the next one, and it's just continued joy, growth, amazing collaboration, and fun! It's nice to see them growing together. When I ask my son if he wants to do "the next one", I know he's in the right place and with the right people when he gives me a big, excited, "YEAHH!!"

We feel so happy and lucky to be part of the Prestige family. When you walk through the door, I'm sure you'll feel excited, too, and feel at ease when you're greeted and welcomed by this beautiful family. My oldest daughter has been DANCING for 8 years, 6 of those in competition, and this year by far, has been her best. Miss Jackie, Miss Mandi, Mr. Joe have undeniable passion for their profession and it shows in the hard work they put in to each dance and dancer. I love that their choreography is leading edge, not cookie cutter. The dancers themselves are incredible in that they care for each other, no drama, and truly friends. My daughter has recognized her own growth and can't wait for what she will be doing next.

Now my youngest is the stubborn one, lol. She didn't like dance, she didn't like gymnastics...but then one day she says "My thing is ACTING" (can you say drama queen?). JUST Joe has pulled her out of her shell. Her confidence and personality have come OUT! He had here doing lines from Finding Nemo, Goonies, Pitch Perfect and almost Casablanca! all on Camera. It was amazing to see.

Prestige Performing Arts has had an amazing first year. Competition season fulfilled all expectations. The Recital was like a Broadway production that not only showcased the dancers, but the acting for camera and theater. We are so happy to be a part of their dance/acting family and look forward to being a part of their continued success.

Make sure you read what you are signing carefully every year. Changes we made and extra charges were added from one year to the next. You will also overpay for costumes that are poorly made along with jewelry and etc. You will be forced to pay for a video that you do not want or need just so the owner can make more money off you.

My daughters first year at prestige was amazing. She grew so much as a dancer I couldn’t be any happier with her improvement . This year my daughter did her first jazz solo for competition, the dance was choreographed by studio owner miss Jackie. Miss Jackie is an amazing teacher, she worked so hard with my daughter and choreographed such a great solo for my daughter. Never once was daughter nervous or scared to get on stage, and that is because miss Jackie was there supporting her and pushing her to do her best, but most of all have fun, and she did. Miss Jackie gives all her heart to each and every student. She is so patient and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns you may have. I love that my daughter is part of such a wonderful competition team and studio.
This year was the first recital at the studio , the work that all the teachers put in to make this recital a success showed. It was so well done and so professional . Miss Jackie and staff are amazing and so talented you see that through all the dancers.
If you are looking for a studio that will offer talented , caring, patient and amazing choreographers, than prestige performing arts is the place to see. You will feel so welcomed, and your child or children will have an amazing experience. They will be part of a wonderful team.

I have been dancing at Prestige for a while, I wouldn’t wanna be dancing anywhere else. I am a competition dancer for the studio and it’s only my first year doing competition! My mentors and teachers have allowed me to excel as a dancer and the studio is my second home! I feel safe and comfortable when I am in the studio and I am proud to say I dance at Prestige. I have been able to improve so much and I recommend taking dance class here, you will fit right in and absolutely love it. Mrs. Jackie and Mr. Joe treat all of their students like their own and they provide such a safe and fun environment to work in. I can’t think of any place I would rather be, I love Prestige!

My daughter loves dancing at Prestige. This was her first year doing competition dance and she had a great time. The teachers are really nice, enthusiastic and very talented. The studio is spacious, clean and comfortable. The end of year recital was fantastic, too! The choreography was excellent and the dancers were well prepared. The kids all looked like they were having fun. I highly recommend this studio.
