We recently hired JK Moving Company for our move. The crew was friendly and professional, which made the process smoother. However, during the move, our TV was accidentally broken. The company promptly compensated us in full for the TV, which we appreciated. Additionally, some minor scratches appeared on our furniture, and while the workers were generally careful, these issues did occur. If your furniture already has some scratches, be aware that the workers might inadvertently make them worse due to their handling. Overall, despite these issues, JK Moving Company provided satisfactory service.

JK Moving Services did a fantastic job moving us from Texas to North Carolina. The crew was very professional and also friendly. They spent extra time prepping my house on both ends to protect the floors, doors and banisters. JK did a full pack for us and everything arrived in good condition and properly labeled. Not only did the truck arrive right on schedule but the total cost was $3k less than the estimate. Customer service was also fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Wendy thoroughly. quickly and efficiently inventoried our items. That thoroughness was my primary reason for selecting JK, as I knew the final cost would not be too far off the initial estimate. The other companies just asked me to list what I saw in the room. Using zoom. Wendy could ask about items I overlooked.

Their process was thorough and efficient—-from a zoom call to evaluate/document inventory to standard procedures for protecting the home, as well as the goods for transport. I evaluated 5 companies before selecting JK Moving this time and found them to provide the best value for the level of service I needed.
