The facility is clean and staff overall is very friendly and caring. My intake nurse however, did not listen to my concerns and was overly confident. She seemed to be in a big rush to place an IV catheter and ignored the fact that I was cold despite verbalizing this to her many times. I requested multiple times that she use numbing spray prior to placing the IV catheter and she did on the first try which was unsuccessful but did not on the second try. Unfortunately, she was not very compassionate. Everyone else that helped care for me that day was wonderful. This is my second visit to this facility and I would recommend it to anyone needing their services.

Every person met me with kindness. The nurses were so supportive and comforting, yet efficient and professional. Everyone seemed happy to be working as a team to provide the best care. Even the anesthesia was great- no sore throat, no nausea, not over sedated.

From start to finish the staff at Trinity Surgery Center was amazing. My preop nurse Cynthia was kind and compassionate. She kept me informed and explained everything, so I knew what to expect. Melanie, Dr. Landis (Anesthesiologist), and my post op nurse (I was a bit groggy at this point) kept me informed and safe. I feel that my cataract surgery with laser was a huge success thanks to Dr. Sheets. He essentially opened my eyes to what great vision looks like. I'm grateful and looking forward to having my right eye surgery.

My First Thoughts

Checking in was slow and tedious without the ability to sit, while filling out approval forms. Should be a registration process, not a sign-in process. That said, all staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and made my cataract surgery go very smoothly. I was in and out in no time and everyone was great! Going back in two weeks for second eye and actually looking forward to it! Thank you everyone!!

I went to Baycare Surgery for surgery and the entire staff made me feel relaxed. They asked me to explain in my own words the type of procedure I was having and asked me if I still wanted to have the surgery. Each staff member identified themselves and explained what their job was. There were no delays. They work extremely well together. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. Professional and friendly! It’s definitely the best place to go for outpatient surgery.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made me very comfortable and were quick to help with blankets, water, and answering any questions I had. I would definitely allow them to take care of me again, if the need arises.

The staff from the front desk, to the nurses, anesthesiologist and the doctor were beyond amazing. They constantly inquired about my physical and mental comfort. Thank you for making this a good experience. Also had good music to float out onto!!!!
