Staff management l SMX is a good and wonderful place to be. I have learned so many things that will further my experience in the country, I have learn different kinds of locks and how to parkage them for shipments and the pay salary on time, the safety management is effective as the go around to see that each and every one is with Googles to protect theirs eyes and safety shoes to protect their legs against minor accident. Beware! Total bait and switch. I quit my other full time job to come here for an "assembly" position. When I got there they wanted me to open doors for 8hrs. I asked for the assembly position talked about during the interview, and they were all like "well you accepted this position and that was if assembly becomes available" which is a LIE. I QUIT MY JOB FOR AN ASSEMBLY POSITION!! When I asked to talk to the HR guy, he just rudely sent me home telling me my assignment is over, cause I told him I have wrist problems and would like the position offered, the one I quit my old job for. He said I didn't disclose my disability in the interview so I cannot work there. Didn't know you had to list all medical problems in an INTERVIEW. I was told assembly job and start date, quit my old job to show up today was, but no assembly jobs are apparently available? When I went in for orientation and excepted a legit first shift assembly job, and instead get forced to open doors in a circle, in a hot, dimly lit room, or leave. Oh also, I was there from 815am to 1130, and not ONE break was given, so they also lie about breaks. Do not trust them. When bringing up these issues to the hr guy he told me to take personal responsibility. For real?
