My daughter goes to jujitsu in the kids class and she loves it! The coaches treat her well and handle the kids with kindness when emotions are high or tested during rolling. When my daughter was signed up she was given a Gi.

I started jujitsu and I love it so much! I’ve learned a lot during their fundamental 4 unit program that teaches all the basics to prepare you for rolling, self defense or prepping you for competition.

I teach yoga on Saturday morning’s, and I feel Jujitsu is the perfect counterpart to my yoga practice.

I have been taking my 5 year old son here since the beginning of the year. In that time, he has had great support from his coaches and has learned a lot. He has already been in two tournaments. He also loves seeing his jujitsu family everyday. I highly recommend this place!

All three of our children train here and love it. Our 12 year old son caught on as expected and competes once or even twice a month in tournaments and constantly places in the top 3 per weight/age. Our 7 year old son has improved so much this year in mobility, confidence and independence due to his training. Our 6 year old daughter is also doing good for her size. The professor and coaches are great with the children. There’s always a handful of coaches on the mat during classes to keep the children as safe as possible. The gym always has a coach at the tournaments for the kids even if it’s one or two kids registered. There are so many role models in this gym for the children and teenagers.

Can’t say enough good things about Elite Martial Arts in Castle Rock! They have created an amazing family environment that caters to all ages (I am closing in on senior citizen status myself). I have trained in various martial arts for years at several different schools but this one stands above the rest. I was a total novice when it came to Jiu jitsu and Jared and his team made me feel very welcome and part of the family from the start. Wade has great patience when teaching fundamentals and every member is always willing to take time to teach or demonstrate a technique so you can grow your skill set. I highly recommend Elite for novices and advanced practitioners as you will be challenged but have fun at the same time!

Great place, Great instructors! My 6 and 7 year old boys have been going for a few months and they love it. Very welcoming, family atmosphere, with couches who care. Kickboxing and kids jujitsu happen at the same time so they can practice and I can get a good workout all at once. Great coaches, with a lot to offer in terms of skills and techniques. Very clean. Nothing but good things to say!

Moving to a new state can be difficult in means of finding new gyms to train in. We’ve been attending this gym since February and could not be any happier! My daughter is 13 years old and has loved her experience here. The coaches are amazing and I have never seen her so committed to jiujitsu before. She’s performing at a higher level.
