Mike and Nikki were amazing! They listened to what my needs were and what I had to offer. Even though it seemed a little impossible, I got an excited phone call about an opportunity that felt as if it were made just for me! Mike and Nikki were super supportive and the encouragement made me feel like I could get any job I wanted. The company I now work for is a perfect match and everyone at Ledgent shared in my celebration and excitement, which made it that much more fun! I can't say thank you enough!

Ledgent is amazing! Nikki is wonderful. She helped me get on my current assignment and it’s been going beautifully. Nikki is super personable, very sweet and shes always been very responsive whenever I’ve reached out to her. Everyone that I’ve spoken to at the company is extremely helpful and friendly, and overall I’ve had an amazing experience thus far. 10/10 thumbs up!!!!

I just wanted to share my experience with Ledgent/ Roth Staffing Companies. They were such a wonderful company to work with. The application process went so smooth and Nikki is such a wonderful person, she tries to find the right fit no matter what your schedule looks like. She was always there whenever I ran into a problem and I always felt that had I not liked my temp job, I could always let her know. She found the right fit for me and I am happy to say after 3 or 4 months, I have been hired! I will forever be grateful for Nikki and the whole team. Highly recommend this company!!!

I have absolutely loved working with Nikki! Ledgent has made the whole process of finding jobs smoothly as painless as possible. Nikki's upbeat attitude is great to deal with, and she does a good job of narrowing down potential positions that will work well for you. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ledgent Staffing. Jessica Belisle, who was my point of contact and initial interviewer, was very helpful and responsive. After working with them, I feel confident recommending Ledgent, as I have had poor experiences with larger staffing firms.
