I recently had an absolutely horrendous experience with this car rental company, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs. To start, the vehicles they offer are in deplorable condition. The car I rented was dirty, had a strange odor, and seemed poorly maintained. It was clear that this company does not take proper care of its fleet, and the low quality of the vehicles reflects that.

But the issues didn’t stop there. Trying to get in touch with customer service was a nightmare. They never answer the phone, and when I finally got through after numerous attempts, the representative was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re dealing with vehicle problems and can’t get the assistance you need.

To make matters worse, when I finally spoke to the Assistant Manager, Tim, in hopes of resolving the situation, he assured me that he would take care of the issues and make things right. However, these promises turned out to be completely empty. Not only did he fail to rectify the subpar service, but I was also charged an extra $60 for reasons that were completely fraudulent. When I tried to contest it, I was met with more stonewalling and refusal to help.

In summary, this company’s vehicles are dirty and of low quality, their customer service is non-existent, and their management is deceitful. They will make promises they have no intention of keeping and will charge you extra for reasons that are entirely unjustified. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your car rental needs. This place is an absolute scam, and I regret ever doing business with them.

This place is a joke and will try to put you in a 4 year old car that is beat up! The gas cap is broken, the floor was duct taped, the side of the dash was duct taped, the floor had a hole in it and the key fob was broken!! I've rented from Enterprise so many times for years and have never experienced a vehicle like this! It should not be in service! This is not the first time I've had problems with this exact Enterprise, last time they took our money when we reserved a truck and then brought us out on the lot to an SUV. They're horrible, Bree the "manager" is extremely rude as well. I would never recommend anyone coming here, ever!

Terrible place, I have reservation rental car at this location I get there to pick up my rental car . They gave me with tire pressure low light on. I ask for another vehicle they employee said I will putt air it shows light because the weather is cold. After I drove about 5 miles the light came out again. I called them let them know the vehicle is not safe to drive. They told me to come get another one next two days . I get there on my appointment they said they don’t have vehicle for me and they add air and I will be okay. On my way back home from work the tire blows at the middle of the highway l pull out from the busy traffic to safe side and crack the front bumper because the rim tire was on the floor. I called emergency and they replaced the emergency tire when I took back the car they told me to pay for the damage. I was not agreed with their decision and now they send the bills to the credit collectors which is absolutely unfair.

Tyler was amazing to work with. He got me into something that was more similar to the suv I was having fixed. Insurance company tried putting me in a crossover but Tyler made sure that did not happen. Now we know what our next car purchase will be also.

Worst company ever. They billed me for insurance I didn't choose and fined me for violations that I didn't prove. They didn't listen no matter how many times I told them. Never use this company.

If I need to rent a car I will not rent with this location specially again. I rented with them because this is who was used with insurance and the body shop who was repairing my car after an accident. I had the car and paid weekly on time for 4 months. Turned the car back in, in December here we are April and the account is still open and I’m still waiting for my deposit back. Every time I call I get the run around but no way it should take 4 plus months for this. And when I call I’m having to call back 3-4 times because no one is answering. I just want my deposit back so I can move forward and not have to go through them again.
