Cons: So many stringy videos that contain a lot of filler. Mediocre quality lectures that are more focused on rambling about unnecessary information instead of concrete exam objectives.. minimal effort put into slides for presentations, barely any animations to assist with grasping concepts, lots of out dated material, downloaded resources while available in many formats... are terribly organized, practice tests need to sign into another website

Pros: Vast amount of content, practice tests if you pay extra

There are many options out there for training materials, ITProTV is definitely not worth the premium $ it costs. I would recommend using specific courses with platforms or instructors that specialize in the concepts... ITProTV's "All training under one umbrella" model is pretty watered down with mediocre content.

Almost 5 stars.... Their tech support is horrible. They will argue with you, and not tell you how to fix the problem. If you are a student and asking your instructor,,,, that instructor needs to be able to find the answer. Their content is amazing, just very buggy to do the labs and no one knows how to fix it... very odd for an Internet school.

The ITIL 4 training materials were very high quality. However, unfortunately, the CompTIA Fundamentals+ instructor-led trainings were not very helpful in preparing me for the exam. If it wasn't for the practice tests and online flashcards, the exam would have been way more dicey.

This is a great opportunity for new beginners who look forward into IT. CompTIA is a great place to start with with awesome, detailed explanations to every aspect of the concepts. I really enjoyed keeping up with ITProTV, even today, which changes my life into a successful future.

PHENOMENAL INFORMATIONAL POWER!!!!! itty-bitty title name... That's how I would choose to describe this amazing source of all things IT. The CompTIA course alone has over 100 hours of video lessons!! For those seeking to rush through instead of savoring the knowledge buffet, there are accelerated options as well. I don't really know what else to say besides if you have an interest in ANYTHING related to IT, and you're looking to learn more and develop your skills, ITProTV is like a swiss-army knife providing all the tools you'll need.

ITProTV has the best training content on the web! They have a huge amount of courses and perfect sized modules to allow you to consume them during lunch breaks, etc. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. They really are top notch!

Useless... The "1-on-1 "Learning Coach" from ITproTV is useless!!!! And paying around $600 a year... All information from my Resume documents, degrees, certifications, etc. were sent to the so called "Learning Coach. The response I received from the "Learning Coach", and I quote: "Okay, and what type of position are you looking to find yourself in..." so, the ITproTV "Learning Coach received all my personal information and they want me to make the recommendation from my experience? I'm asking them what they recommend, what the so called "Learning Coach" from ITproTV thinks!!! ...from all the PERSONAL information I sent. The "Learning Coach" from ITproTV will NOT make a recommendation, they only ask me what I would like to do. Really Sounds like low bottom sales to me. Then, I called and they will not return my call, I called again and the person, who happened to have the same name as the "Learning Coach" from ITproTV, refused to forward my call to management. They're in a meeting is the go to line. What time to call back I kindly asked... don't know says the "Learning Coach". Sounds like a very unprofessional organization. Since people are the core of any business not just videos, this is a "1 Star" review as the content is decent, but if a "Learning Coach" from ITproTV cannot make an assessment from a Resume and documents and certificates, them all the courses in the world from ITproTV are useless!!!
