We started looking for a school when my son was four and wanted to be a ninja. In all honesty we decided to try here because of the reviews. To say it was a good decision is an understatement…4 years later we are still here and loving it. Master Black brings amazing energy and passion for her students to succeed, her instructors are amazing and bring the same energy too. We love it here and would not go anywhere else.

We tried this class for my three year old and were very excited about the reviews. Unfortunately for the first time in my son’s life he asked to leave somewhere and never come back. He begged for his old gymnastics class. I planned to discuss things and was told that he should be forced to join and not have his own opinion. Furthermore we were told myself and my dad were bad influences to let him have any say. We are now at Kidstrong and he begs not to leave. Bullying parents to join is not ok.
Re your response it was master black and a trial class. I am the mother.

Chief Master Black and her team are one of my favorite schools to train at. I learned a lot about myself and became an even better martial artist, now I'm being inducted into the martial arts hall of fame to receive the competitor of the year award. While I took a break to focus on my mental health, do some inner work, and recover from a sports injury I am eager to continue my training in the arts.

Shoutout to Master Lucero for reminding me it's what you can do not what you can't do. He helped me temper my inner critic and these lessons, skills, and confidence myself as a 29 year old are due to this location. So shoutout to Chief Master Black, it is because of her, her team, my first instructor Master Hauptman, and Ms Wiley that I am now an inductee. Still processing all of that to be honest, this location is great for all ages.

Everyone gets to come and go as they please. No one is ever forced, coerced, and whoever said that is incorrect. There is a high vibe community that you also have that supports you even when you're at the lowest of lows. During holidays owners who have businesses can vend at times during some of the events which is really cool. I will always cherish these memories and highly recommend this location in particular.

Your child, your family, and yourself will receive the best of the best. I cannot fully describe how awesome this is.

Absolutely love this school! Master Black is an amazing instructor and leader. She has a great team of instructors. This school teaches valuable life skills like, discipline, honesty, self esteem, integrity, etc. My son gained so much confidence since joining. We will be life long ATA family!

To think this all started with groupon! I am so thankful I found that Groupon. My Son has really grown because of the classes, instructors and his team mates. It's so amazing to see the older kids working along side the younger kids. It's very obvious that the older children have learned the pillars Master Black talks about each day. I have never met a more respectful group of kids. When I asked a fellow parent how she managed to teach those kind of manners, her response was "Master Black and Taekwondo." Her comment made me feel like I was doing something right as a parent, and as we all know those moments can be few and far between. You really become part of a family, a Taekwondo family. My son looks forward to the many activities offered here. He is already talking about the Halloween Party for this year, and really enjoys the summer camps. As a parent I feel very comfortable leaving my Son here for summer camps. Knowing the other kids learn Respect and partake in a bully prevention seminar makes me feel so at easy leaving him here with older and younger children. My Son was 5 years old for his first summer camp here. I remember he didn't get nervous until we got there, and he saw all of those big kids. One of the amazing leaders headed over with Master Black and quickly made him feel at easy. Master Black, the owner of this gym takes the time to get to know your child. She wants to hear about their other interests. She is invested in them, like they are her own. We have been lucky enough to have our FREE Birthday party here, which Master Black made sure was full of activities! We enjoy pot lucks and parties, if ever a fellow family is in need she is right there fundraising. Last weekend Master Black even took time out of her Saturday to come to see my Son play soccer. I am proud she is part of my team, and we hers. I have lots of LOVE for this place and hope to continue our Taekwondo journey. Thanks Master Black!!!

Such an amazing school! I have been a student of Master Blacks ATA school since the end of 2021. I could not think of a better martial arts environment.

Not only is the school extremely community-oriented, but the Taekwondo curriculum is outstanding. I feel more confident since I joined this school, and I have learned many life skills that have helped me through school, work, and relationships. Furthermore, the instructors at this school are incredible and continuously train to become better and better each and every day to help students improve. I would highly recommend this ATA school to anyone. The only thing that I wish could happen is me joining the school earlier than I did, haha. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing place! Wonderful with kids. Master Black and the other instructors are always kind and welcoming. It feels like you're with family as soon as you walk in the door. I enrolled my 5yr old son in their Tigers class and I could feel the difference in him after the very first class. He's typically shy and reluctant to join in groups with other kids but not here! Great emphasis on manners, respect, and discipline. I now plan on joining myself. They have classes for all ages and abilities at various times throughout the day. I highly recommend to anyone.
