We've been working with Phase V, for almost 2 months now and We couldn't be happier!
We are in the e-commerce business for 10 years, and in the last 2 years we've been looking for a new fulfillment center. It was a big step for us and it was important to us to choose the right fulfillment partner for us.
Starting from the initial email communication and sale call, about costs and terms, everything was simple and clear (in compares the other fulfillment centers we've been in touch with) We got all the info we needed super quickly.

After that the onboarding process, both technically and for the physical products was smooth, the team is super responsive and helpful, Thank you Ian, Patrick, and Tom for all your help!

We called Phase V and from day one they were everything you’d want in a service like this and we’re not exaggerating. Quick response, professional, and easy. Starting a business for the first time is hectic and they just made it easy. Our business had sensitive nature and they did everything they could to make us confident that our products would be safe and handled how we would expect professionals to do so. The tech they utilize was innovative and staff always proactive in teaching us how to use it best. Above everything they were affordable and I never felt like we were getting over charged for the services they provided. The Phase V team has been critical to our company's success. They are very fast and effective at what they do. The email support is fantastic, too! From FBA Prep to website orders and international shipments they do it all for us with no issue.
